2. License and Intellectual Property
Upon purchase, CPIPS23 LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to access and use the purchased indicator(s) via your TradingView account. All code, algorithms, visual design, and supporting documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of CPIPS23 LLC. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our indicators will result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.
3. Risk and Performance Disclosure
Trading involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of any indicator or strategy, whether live or backtested, is not indicative of future results. CPIPS23 LLC does not guarantee profits or the prevention of losses. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and the capital you choose to risk.
4. Use of Indicators
Our indicators are designed to be used on the TradingView platform. It is your responsibility to maintain an active TradingView account and provide correct account information (username) for access provisioning. CPIPS23 LLC is not responsible for platform downtime or technical issues arising from third-party services like TradingView or your brokerage.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CPIPS23 LLC, its owners, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products. This include, without limitation, loss of investment capital or trading funds. Your use of the CPIPS23 indicators is at your own risk.

Because our products are digital goods delivered via the TradingView platform and provide immediate value upon access, our refund and cancellation policies are structured to reflect the nature of digital software.
1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Due to the intangible nature of digital software and the proprietary logic contained within our indicators, all sales of the CPIPS23 v3 Suite and individual indicators are final. Once access has been granted to your TradingView account, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the intellectual property and technical configurations of our tools.
2. Subscription Cancellations
For any recurring billing or subscription-based plans, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support. Your access to the indicators will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription term.
3. Lifetime Access and One-Time Purchases
Purchases for lifetime access or one-time license fees are non-refundable. Access is tied to the TradingView username provided at checkout. If you need to transfer your license to a new TradingView account due to technical reasons, please contact our support team for verification and assistance.
4. Technical Support and Product Utility
We are committed to ensuring you can utilize our indicators effectively. If you experience any technical difficulties during installation or setup, please reach out to support@cpips23trading.com. Lack of familiarity with the TradingView platform or dissatisfaction with market outcomes does not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Policy Acceptance
By purchasing any product from CPIPS23 LLC, you signify your agreement to these terms. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, with updates becoming effective immediately upon posting to this page.
